Using a coaching approach, Phil enjoys collaborating with other learners (at all levels!).  A successful and experienced consultant, Phil is equally at home offering face-to-face consultancy, providing a workshop or delivering a keynote presentation to hundreds of delegates.   He is an accomplished trainer, presenter and leadership coach (please see Phil's CV, below).

Guided by school leaders, Phil regularly enjoys delivering school-based training or INSET days for schools, teaching school alliances, MATs and governors.
