Phil is all about INSIGHT and IMPACT. He knows and understands schools.
Phil enjoys collaborating with school leaders, supporting their personal improvement journey. He continues to works with about a dozen schools as a SIP on a termly basis, providing support and challenge, in partnership with school leaders, governors and trustees. He prepares schools for OfSTED and supports them in implementing their in-house quality improvement processes and post-OfSTED Action Plans. Phil enjoys working with governors, trustees and directors as an External Adviser, leading the annual performance review for the Headteacher, Principal or CEO.
